The project was a statement on the control of public spaces in Athens during the Olympic Games. In addition of the hundreds of installed security cameras, the "On Site"project used one obvious camera calling the participants for a public event.

The projecting image was elaborated from a pc program giving a "poetic" finish to the projecting . In order to create a "live" monument the project used as screen the blank surface of the building inside the Katratzos Triangle in the entrance of the Historical centre of Athens. Within the space was be erected a big shopping centre till 1984, the year of its demolishing by a terrorist firework.
